CETAT is dedicated to advancing research and education that address systemic barriers to digital access and learning. Our primary research interests include digital divide issues affecting underserved populations and the development, implementation, and evaluation of Open Educational Resources (OERs) to promote equity in education.

We specialize in the adoption, adaptation, and creation of high-quality instructional materials using OERs. Our team evaluates existing resources for relevance and effectiveness, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve. Where gaps exist, we develop original content that aligns with workforce competencies, promotes digital literacy, and supports lifelong learning.

Our approach ensures that educational content is accessible, culturally responsive, and sustainable. By leveraging OERs, we reduce barriers to learning while maintaining flexibility to deliver instruction both in-person and online through robust Learning Management Systems (LMS). Through this work, CETAT empowers learners and educators alike, helping to build inclusive and future-ready educational ecosystems.
